As a business professional, I am exceptionally skilled in procedural organization and administration. I relocated to Sacramento, CA from my birthplace and childhood home in the San Francisco Bay Area, for educational opportunities. I received a Bachelor of Arts from California State University Sacramento in Liberal Studies, with a concentration in English. Now I am a graduate student pursuing my Master of Arts in Education with an emphasis in Equity, Diversity & Inclusion at Touro University.

I established S. Collette VIRTUAL SERVICES based on a vision of supporting aspiring and new small business owners, managers, educators, and non-profit leaders in bringing their initiatives to life. My services provide administrative support and consulting for organizations of all kinds, focusing on the specific needs of small businesses. This allows you and your team to concentrate on growing your enterprise and reaching your goals.

I have over two decades of experience developing, implementing, and managing programs as well as coordinating youth programs in both the San Francisco Bay Area and Sacramento, CA regions. Furthermore, I have over a decade of experience as an executive administrative assistant, together with extensive experience in nonprofit management, grant writing, program coordination, project management, finance management, and human resources coordination.

I'm a UI developer with 5 years of experience in creating intuitive and engaging digital experiences. I specialize in designing user interfaces that are not only visually appealing but also easy to use and navigate.

My design philosophy is centered around putting the user first. I believe that a great user experience is the key to the success of any digital product, and I strive to create designs that are both functional and beautiful. I am passionate about creating designs that are accessible to all users, regardless of their abilities or disabilities.

Over the years, I have worked on a wide range of projects, from mobile apps to web applications, and have collaborated with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. I am proficient in a variety of design tools and programming languages, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, C#, and Python.
